The Doorstep DOT Medical Certification’s mobile clinic is based in Becker, MN. Our occupational medicine specialists come to you in a specially designed 33-foot Winnebago RV, which includes a reception desk, waiting area, restroom, laboratory, and examination room.

We serve clients in St. Cloud, MN, and the surrounding communities, including the cities of Monticello, Big Lake, Becker, Clear Lake, Clearwater, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Waite Park, St. Augusta, St. Joseph, Rockville, Elk River, Princeton, along with other greater Minnesota communities.

DOT medical exams determine if a driver is capable of safely operating a commercial motor vehicle. After a successful examination, a Medical Examiner’s Certificate is issued. The physical exam is valid for one or two years.

Per government requirements (effective May 2014), interstate commercial vehicle (CMV) drivers can no longer get a valid medical certificate from any healthcare provider. Instead, DOT medical exams must be completed by Certified Medical Examiners on the DOT’s national registry, such as Doorstep DOT Medical Certification.
